Live Panel Blog Tonight: Capitals vs. Islanders

Tonight numerous Islanders bloggers will come together for a live blog-chat during the Isles-Caps game. Please join us as it should be a fun way to watch the game. And please excuse us when we go off on tangents—we'll do our best to stick to the game at hand. But you know how these multiblogger live blogs can get! And thanks to Doug Davidson of Isles Official's Outlook for setting up tonight's CoveritLive event.

Where'd we go on the chat? Did we run out of bandwidth?

Anyway, what a sweet comeback! I'll be chatting around while it lasts over at the Lighthouse game thread.

I'm not sure what happened. Maybe it was pre-scheduled for a certain amount of time and we ran out? Oh, well. It was fun. Bummer of an end to the game, though.

Ah, apparently it was network trouble at the Coliseum.

Crazy old building :)

Oh well. Fun night, fun game. That was an inspired comeback. Tough to shut down the Caps 4-on-4 for 5 minutes.

No, apparently Doug should have never given the old broad producer rights on the site and not told her how to USE IT!!!! I wanted to shut down and the choice was, "End Live Blog." Um... I thought that was like for ME alone. "click" and everyone's screen turned off. See what happens when Mike S. isn't next to me telling me exactly how to do things!!!

Sorry guys. I'll know better next time!

So, it's TRUE you shut it down! :)

It was funny. So abrupt. Things humming along and then - poof - no warning. Since the chat sometimes choked up on me, and I was watching the game on live DVR and flipped back a couple of times for replays, for a moment I had to check to confirm I wasn't in a time-warp.

It was comforting to confirm I'm still in this dimension.
